At Kitchy Gadgets, we’re dedicated to getting your favorite kitchen tools and gadgets to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, order tracking, and more.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may take an additional day or two. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct before placing your order. Kitchy Gadgets cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Domestic Shipping (Canada / United States)

We’re proud to ship to customers across Canada and the U.S. from our trusted fulfillment centers.

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or weather conditions. You’ll always receive a tracking link so you can see when your order is on the way.

ALL Orders qualify for Free Standard Shipping worldwide.

International Shipping

We also offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

  • Standard International Shipping: 15–30 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Kitchy Gadgets is not responsible for customs delays once the package has left our warehouse.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this link to track your package in real-time.
If you do not receive your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at support@kitchygadgets.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Delivery Delays

While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unexpected factors — such as high shipping volumes, carrier issues, customs clearance, or extreme weather — may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare instances.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at support@kitchygadgets.com within 10 business days. We’ll work directly with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
