At Kitchy Gadgets, we take pride in delivering high-quality kitchen tools and ensuring every order arrives in perfect condition. Because each item is carefully inspected before shipment, we only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kitchygadgets.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our customer service team will review your claim and, once approved, provide instructions for returning or replacing your item.

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components. Unauthorized returns or items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or general dissatisfaction once the correct item has been delivered in good condition.
